Allie and more... - November 25, 2009
As most of you know Chuck’s song “Allie” was posted by mistake. With its rather unusual success (it has been downloaded over 8900 times in 3 weeks), Chuck will embark in a social experiment of sorts. He will be posting new material periodically in raw form (like Allie). This will introduce new ideas to his audience and expose them to rare cuts that may or may not be released in the future. Keep sending those great emails and don’t forget to stop by
www.facebook.com/chuckleah and become a friend. Thanks for checking out the website.
New Shows - November 25, 2009
Chuck will be hitting the road in 2010. Dates and locations throughout the US and Europe will be posted soon.
Chrispalooza - November 3, 2009
Thanks to everyone who made Friday night's show such a success. The band had a great time-we hope to see you all soon..
Chrispalooza - October 27, 2009
10/30 Weslaco, Tx
Show at Casanova's
This event will mark nearly 20 years since my last show in RGV. Band will feature Ettore Biagi (Italy), Jason Ellsworth (Nashville), Pete Ayala (McAllen), Jeff Rodgers (Houston), and Don Bush (Houston). Should be a great show. The night will also include a performance by Jon Casanovoa himself. You do not want to miss that.

Mighty Smites - October 27, 2009
The Mighty Smites are returning to the studio in November, keep an eye out for a website and news to be published soon. Make sure to stop by Pete Ayala's website, besides being 1/3 of The Smites, Pete is also a distinguished blues guitarist and songwriter in his own right. A link to his website can be found on my links page.
Allie - October 27, 2009
Last week I posted a new song on the website. This was a crude recording meant to be downloaded by a fellow musician. To make a long story short, I forgot to remove the song from the site, and in the last week or so, it has been downloaded nearly 3000 times. So……….. I have decided to leave "Allie" up for another week or so. Thanks for all the great emails… Take a listen, enjoy, and share...
New News? - October 27, 2009
As the fall arrives I am really excited about our upcoming shows and recordings. With lots of new material and a great band it should be a tour to remember. We will be finishing up both Burning Bridges and 6000 miles and the truth in three waltzes in November. So I will end off the year with two releases and spend 10 days or so in Europe. Hope to see you out on the road.

Finishing up the touches on "Burning Bridges"- sounds really great thanks to Justin and Dean. Not to mention everyone else who has worked hard on this way over due project. It is really nice to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel... Anyway, the sessions were great wish you were here Ettore. Wait until you hear "This Far."
